Riga

The capital of Latvia is rich in history and architecture, where visitors can be lost in the art nouveau streets or admire the prime example of the Stalin-era skyscrapers, such as The Academy of Science. The Daugava river which meets the Baltic Sea, is of great importance for the people of Riga and is also known as the River of Destiny.
